The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application to permit additional heights for a 52 and 44-storey mixed-use building from a Tribunal-approved 30 and 29-storey mixed-use building. The total gross floor area is 93,208 square metres (Residential: 77,341 square metres and Non-Residential: 4,667 square metres) located in the southwest portion of the Bayview Village Shopping Mall site at 630-Shepard Avenue East and 2901 Bayview Avenue.
