About the event
After hearing from many residents on Bessarion Road, Caracas Drive, and Talara Drive about traffic safety concerns, particularly how on-street parking may be contributing to congestion, visibility issues, and narrowed roadways, I asked the City’s Transportation Services team to review the current regulations and explore possible improvements.
That review is now complete, and the team has shared a set of initial recommendations to help improve safety and traffic flow on these streets.
Here’s what they’re proposing:
